4. Verification Process

Zambian Influencers ensures the accuracy of influencer profiles by conducting a verification process. However, we do not guarantee the authenticity or credibility of influencers listed on the platform.

5. Engagement Statistics and Reporting

We provide detailed engagement statistics to help you assess an influencer’s performance. This information is based on available data and may not be 100% accurate. Our reporting tools are meant to provide insights, but we do not guarantee their absolute accuracy.

6. Influencer-Client Relationship

Our platform aims to enhance the influencer-client relationship by providing communication tools. However, Zambian Influencers is not responsible for any conflicts, disputes, or issues that arise from collaborations between influencers and clients.

7. Convenience and Flexibility

Zambian Influencers promotes convenience and flexibility by not imposing lengthy commitments, minimum spends, or budgets on clients or influencers.

8. Intellectual Property

Any content provided by you, including text, images, videos, or other materials, remains your intellectual property. By using our platform, you grant Zambian Influencers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish the content for promotional purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any fraudulent or inappropriate activities on the platform.

10. Disclaimers

Zambian Influencers provides its services “as is” and does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. We are not responsible for any content posted by influencers or clients.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zambian Influencers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Zambian Influencers may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

   13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, conflicts, or disagreements arising between Zambian Influencers and its
users, including both influencers and clients, we encourage parties to seek amicable resolution through
mediation or negotiation. Our aim is to foster positive and cooperative interactions within our
community.
Should a dispute persist and require formal resolution, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of
the Zambian courts and engage in good faith efforts to resolve the matter through legal means. Zambian
Influencers may, at its discretion, offer assistance or guidance in the resolution process, but ultimate
responsibility for resolution lies with the involved parties.
We believe that open communication and a willingness to collaborate on finding solutions will lead to
fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved.

    14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
